Menu
Envy has an extensive and divergent assortment of drinks and dishes that can be ordered throughout the entire evening (untill 23:00). Besides our normal dinner, Envy is serving lunch from Friday till Sunday.
The menu below serves as an example; however, the dishes on the menu will be varied on a regular basis, so it could be that a number of dishes listed on this example will have been replaced when you come to eat at Witteveen.

Dutch sausages Brandt & Levie is run by three former chefs from different top restaurants. They travelled around Italy for half a year looking for the secrets of the best butchers. Now they make their own sausages just outside Amsterdam. For their sausages they use Dutch pigs and the finest herbs. |
